Guest Reservation and check-in process:
A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation – your card will not be charged at that time. 
At check-in, a driver’s license for each occupant is required. A deposit of $50 per night is required to cover any incidentals. This can be held on a credit card (or debit card**). The hotel will preauthorize your credit card (or debit card) and hold $50 x the number of nights you are staying. This hold will be released at checkout. 

**DEBIT CARDS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PAYMENT WHEN YOU CHECK IN AT THE HOTEL SINCE THE HELD FUNDS CAN BE FROZEN FOR UP TO 7 DAYS BY YOUR BANK.

  • Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.

  • Baggage Fees –Check your airline’s website for the latest rules and regulations regarding fees for baggage.  Extra fees for luggage may require you to pack only the essentials. It is advised to leave large containers of shampoo and hairspray at home.

  • Taxi information –Taxi services are available along with Uber and Lyft.  Cost varies on provider.

  • Hotel Parking – Self-Parking $25.00 per night
    Off-site self-parking is available at the Chestnut Street Garage, located one block south of the hotel and accessible via an enclosed and covered walkway. Parking at Chestnut Street Garage can be charged to your room.
