The following information is being provided to assist you with budgeting for the 
2024 NSNA MidYear Conference.

​Room Rates (Not including taxes and state/local assessments):
Single / Double occupancy: $189 
Triple / Quad occupancy: $209 
All rates are subject to prevailing state and local occupancy taxes, currently at 17.66%

Other Costs and Information
  • Baggage Fees –Check your airline’s website for the latest rules and regulations regarding fees for baggage.  Extra fees for luggage may require you to pack only the essentials. It is advised to leave large containers of shampoo and hairspray at home.

  • Taxi information –Taxi services are available along with Uber and Lyft.  Cost varies on provider.
 
  • Hotel Parking – Discounted parking at $20 per night.

NSNA has arranged discounted airfares with Delta Airlines for the MidYear Conference for attendees traveling to and from Louisville between the dates October 29 – November 5, 2024.   • Hotel reservation link:  NSNA 42nd MidYear Conference - Start your reservation
  • A Deposit of 1 night room and tax is required at the time of booking to secure your hotel reservation. 
  • At check-in, a driver’s license for each attendee is required. A one-time $50.00 deposit is required to cover any incidentals. This can be held on a Credit Card (or Debit Card). The hotel will preauthorize your Credit Card (or Debit Card) for $50. This hold will be released at checkout. **DEBIT CARDS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PAYMENT WHEN YOU CHECK IN AT THE HOTEL SINCE THE HELD FUNDS CAN BE FROZEN FOR UP TO 7 DAYS BY YOUR BANK.
