Weather Chicago during late October-early November is typically cool. Please pack a sweater since conference room temperatures may vary. Although all official NSNA activities are held in the hotel, you may wish to venture out and experience the nearby Rosemont area or downtown Chicago.

Baggage Fees - Check your airline’s website for the latest rules and regulations regarding fees for baggage. In addition to leaving home large containers of shampoo and hairspray, extra fees for luggage may require you to pack only the essentials.
Airport Shuttle - The Hyatt Regency O’Hare is adjacent to O’Hare International Airport and offers complimentary shuttle transportation to hotel guests. Shuttles pick up every 15 minutes from the Bus Shuttle Terminal, Door #1. Look for “Hyatt Regency O’Hare” bus since the airport is served by three different Hyatt hotel shuttles.

GROUP DISCOUNT Group registration of 5 or more must be sent together via mail or FAX if charging to credit card to: Meeting Registration Department, PO Box 789, Wilmington, OH 45177 (FAX 937-383-4511) with a cover letter requesting the discount. This registration must be paid for with one check or one credit card charge for the total registration fees. A registration form must be included for each person in the group. Faculty Advisors and Consultants included in the group must be Sustaining Members to receive the group discount.
Group discount is only available to NSNA members (student and Sustaining members) who pre-register for the Conference ($75) and for the Conference and NCLEX Review Combination ($95).
