The following information is being provided to assist you with budgeting for the 
2025 NSNA MidYear Conference.

​Room Rates (Not including taxes and state/local assessments):
Single / Double occupancy: $199 
Triple occupancy: $209
​Quad occupancy: $219

All rates are subject to prevailing state and local occupancy taxes, currently at 18% 
(Subject to change)

Hyatt Regency Information
The Hyatt Regency Columbus is located 6 miles from John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH).
 
Guest Reservation and check in process.
A credit card at the time of booking to hold your reservation – your card will not be charged at that time.
 
At check-in, a driver’s license for each occupant is required. A deposit of $50 per night is required to cover any incidentals. This can be held on a credit card (or debit card**). The hotel will preauthorize your credit card (or debit card) and hold $50 x the number of nights you are staying. This hold will be released at checkout. **DEBIT CARDS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PAYMENT WHEN YOU CHECK IN AT THE HOTEL SINCE THE HELD FUNDS CAN BE FROZEN FOR UP TO 7 DAYS BY YOUR BANK.
 
  • Guests checking in to the hotel must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm.
 
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night room and tax.

  • Complimentary guestroom and lobby Wi-Fi.
  • Complimentary Fitness Center
  • Business Center access - There is a business center with a printer and 4 computers 
               to the right of the Front Desk.
  • Concierge Services - Hotel does not have a concierge but does have a bell stand to store luggage. Visit the Front Desk for restaurant and sightseeing information.
 
Other Costs and Information
  • Baggage Fees – Check your airline’s website for the latest rules and regulations regarding fees for baggage. Extra fees for luggage may require you to pack only the essentials. It is advised to leave large containers of shampoo and hairspray at home.
 
  • Taxi information – Taxi services are available along with Uber and Lyft. Cost varies on provider.

  • Hotel Parking – Self-Parking $25.00 per night
    Off-site self-parking is available at the Chestnut Street Garage, located one block south of the hotel and accessible via an enclosed and covered walkway. Parking at Chestnut Street Garage can be charged to your room.

  • Airline Discount - TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
    ​    NSNA has arranged discounted airfares with Delta Airlines for the MidYear Conference for attendees traveling to and from Columbus between the dates October 29 – November 15, 2025.
