Ask your faculty to substitute clinical and class time for your attendance--NSNA will provide a certificate of attendance to those requesting one both electronically for email and a hard copy on request for your portfolio. 

The request must be submitted by 11/30/2022 COB through this form.  Your signature is verification that you have attended the sessions. To receive hard copy of this certificate while onsite at the conference, you must come by the registration area before 3:00 pm on Saturday 11/12/2022.

Verification of attendance:  Instructions will be given in the NSNA MidYear App as well.
  1. Login to conference app.
  2. Register for the sessions you want to attend through the NSNA MidYear App
  3. After the session finishes- please find an attendance personnel (NSNA staff or volunteers) to scan in to the session for credit.
  4. Attend sessions through Saturday, November 12, 2022.
  5. Submit the attendance form accessible on NSNA MidYear App.
  6. Mark one session per time slot that you attended and sign.
​You will receive a confirmation email that comes from NSNA that verifies submission. NSNA will verify attendance through the NSNA check-in attendance report and send electronic certificate to the registered email and your faculty's email.
